Booking & Payments
All bookings must be made in advance through our online system.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
24+ hours in advance: Full refund or option to reschedule.
Less than 24 hours: A 25% fee of the total room rental cost applies.
Client Intake & Waivers
All new clients must complete an intake form and sign a waiver release before participating in any sessions.
Cleanliness & Respect
Practitioners are responsible for cleaning up after their sessions and leaving the space as they found it.
Please dispose of trash properly and sanitize shared equipment after use.
Security & Access
The wellness space is a shared environment, so please respect others' privacy and time.
Access codes or keys are provided upon booking and must not be shared with unauthorized individuals.
Conduct & Noise Level
Please maintain a calm and respectful atmosphere.
Noise levels should be kept low to avoid disrupting other sessions.
Damages & Liability
Any damage to the space or equipment must be reported immediately.
Practitioners are responsible for their clients and any damage incurred during their rental time.
