I have been an educator for over 25 years, bringing deep experience in social-emotional learning, community engagement, and holistic wellness. I am a certified Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Facilitator through Breathe For Change, a national movement that integrates mindfulness and wellness into education.
I am also a 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor and a Reiki Master Teacher. My training is grounded in supporting the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—while fostering spaces that promote healing, growth, and connection.
Through Harvey Holistic Healing, I combine my background in education with my passion for wellness, creating a supportive environment for practitioners and their clients.

Jen Aldrich
Wellness Practitioner
Trained as a musician, then five years as a public school teacher, I moved to Chicago 25+ years ago looking for adventure and spent most of those years serving in a vibrant church as an administrator and pastor. When that season ended, I had a desire to use my music through service to promote good in the world in a way that was accessible for anyone looking for more peace. Where I landed was Reiki (ancient Japanese practice) and Sound Meditation.
Prior to my own training, I assisted Joanne at Sound Healing Remedies and experienced a deepening passion to work within this context. I am now fully trained via Ahimsa School of Sound Healing and Reiki, Lv 2 certified, and excited to start this next adventure ✨
